How much space do we need
Space needed is flexible. But, an ideal footprint is 4x8m, and we generally request a minimum of 4x4m space.
With that said, we’ve been known to get smaller, and we can also fill a larger space!

The only things we need on site are access to one or more power outlets, Wi-Fi, and a table.
We usually come staffed with three people, and the roles we have vary from assignment to assignment. But we are always a host, a photographer, and a technician. This way, we can guarantee that the entire experience works as seamlessly and smoothly as possible. You as the client can fully focus on mingling with and presenting yourselves to visitors.
